Alexi Tan

Chinese director Alexi Tan was educated in London and NYU's Tisch School of the Arts, Later, Alexi was trained by the legendary action director John Woo, who produced his first film, "Blood Brothers".

 

The film was shot entirely in Shanghai and was the Closing Night Film at the 64th Venice Film Festival followed by its North American Gala Presentation at the 32nd Toronto International Film Festival.

Alexi Tan's next feature film was "Color Me Love", the first film of its kind in China to feature the inner workings of its burgeoning fashion and art scene.

Alexi is now based in London developing his international feature debut.
